The diagram below shows a large minefield that contains thirteen mine-proof tanks, also shown. These tanks do not touch each other (not even diagonally) and they may appear in any of four possible orientations. (Ignore orientation of the letters on rotated tanks... if an M is turned upside-down, it's still considered an M.)
Using cutting-edge technology, we've scanned some of the rows and columns; the tank letters in those rows and columns, reading from left to right or top to bottom and skipping over unoccupied squares, are clued below. Hopefully this gives you enough information to determine the tank positions and start fighting back.
