TFBCON2003 (Registration)

The menu for the Banquet will include:

• hors d'oeurves
• fruit cup
• salad
• entree
• wine during dinner
• dessert
• coffee, tea

A cash-and-carry bar will be available.

The entrees are the following:

• The beef entree will be prime rib.
• The fish will be darne of salmon.
• The vegetarian entree will be roasted eggplant, portabella mushroom and spinach Napolean.

The cost for the dinner is $45. Checks should be made out to Brown University and sent to Natalie Johnson, Department of Mathematics, Brown University, Providence, RI 02912 USA, and must be received by Oct 24^th in order to attend the banquet.
