Banchoff's work on Edwin Abbott Abbott was aided enormously by William Hallett, long-time head porter at Abbott's City of London school. On this occasion in the spring of 2001, Tom and William posed on the Millenium Bridge, which crosses the Thames just in front of the City of London school.
