I have long meditated an attack on the unintelligent Educational Code of England, and Morley's book, which he sent me this week, moves me to say what I have to say --

Could you do me the great favor of returning hte enclosed if it's too long, or too anything else for insertion? Of course I could touch it up if required: but I didn't feel inclined to elaborate it until I know that you would care for it - I interviewed Fitch at breakfast this morning and gathered that Foster or the Educational Council genreally would like to modify the English Code in the direction of the Scotch code.
