Dirk Struik

The three computer-generated images on this wall were produced during the summer of 1994 in anticipation of the hundredth birthday celebration of Professor Dirk Struik, who gave his own centenary lecture on September 30, 1994. This picture was taken during that lecture, and appeared in the January, 1995, issue of the Notices of the AMS. Struik recently celebrated his 103rd birthday.
