As we have little leisure in our classes for teaching English Composition, punctuation, etc, I should be glad if the ordinary exercises in Latin could be made to some extent a means for conveying a little information that may be useful to the boys in writing English.

1. Punctuation might be attended to instantly in Latin or English exercises, but also in ____________ parts of verbs etc.

2. Abbreviations might be allowed, but the boys must be taught to express the _______.
