The first demo shows the image of a large circle in the complex plane under the complex function e^z. The image is a complicated spiral.
The second demo is from while I was still correcting the resolution of the intervals used to graph the spiral. It doesn't do a good job correcting for large r, but it does produce cool triangulated patterns that belong in a Pink Floyd laser show.
