- Anton Geraschenko has good notes from classes and workshops he's attended.
- Milne has very good course notes on various number theory topics.
- Bjorn Poonen's expository articles and class notes have been very useful.
- I found this list of open questions from the AIM conference "Rational and integral points on higher dimensional varieties" useful when looking for a research problem. The notes from the conference are here.
