To register for CaLC, please print and fill out the following form and mail it
with your check (denominated in US$) to the address indicated below.

The registration fee includes coffee and snacks during
the conference and the banquet on Thursday evening.
The standard fee also includes a copy of the proceedings.
No refunds after February 15. Cancellation fee of $25
before February 15. Substitute attendees are permitted.

Note To Non-US Registrants: If you are unable to obtain a check in US$, you may do the following. Send your registration form with a check for an equivalent amount in your own currency. We will not cash your check, but will hold it as a deposit. When you arrive in Providence for the conference, you can pay your registration fee in cash and we will return your check to you. (We apologize for the fact that we are unable to accept credit cards.)
