Text: Stewart, Multivariable Calculus 7E. (This is a new edition, available January 2011)

Course outline: We'll cover most of the material in chapters 10,12-16. See the homework section below for topics.
There are weekly conference sessions where homework problems will be discussed. These meet Tuesday 12:00-12:50pm (BH 157, BH 153 and BH 141).
The Math Resource Center is available for help with this course, and is open M-Th 8-10 pm in Kassar 105.
A tutoring program is also available through the Dean of the College for most beginning courses in math, physics, chemistry, economics, etc.

Midterm 1: March 1, 12:00-12:50pm. This will take place during your recitation section (BH141, 153, or 157).

Grading: there will be two midterms, one final, and weekly homework.
Your final grade will be weighted as follows: Homework 20%, Midterms 15% each, Final 50%.
Your lowest homework grade will be dropped.
