Dear Sir,
Although our research protocols do not demand that D-- and R--K-- submit copies of every report to my office, (indeed, the two are so prolific that such a submission would be far more than my ability to keep up with and maintain my current duties) I would encourage both of them to submit to me copies of the previously mentioned mss.
Your assistance in preparation will not be necessary; we do not intend to publish these papers. Furthermore, I wish to hear D-- and R--K--'s accounts directly, to prevent possibility of litigation. Discretion is advised.
