    Examinations

    There will be two mid-term examinations> October 15 and November 20, and one final examination. In each case there will be an in-class part and a take-home phase.

    There will be weekly homeworks, to be handed in electronically by Sunday night.

    Computers and Calculators

    Math 104 will be a "paperless" course. All assignments will be handed in electronically, preferably typed in, or scanned in when appropriate.

    Pre-requisites

    The pre-requisites for this course are third-semester (multivariable calculus) and linear algebra. There are no computer pre-requisites.

    Office Hours

    Prof. Banchoff's office is number 204 in the Mathematics Department Building (Kassar House). Ordinary office hours are after class on Tuesday and Thursday, and by appointment at other times. Back to TOC
