As a Lecturer at Brown, my primary responsibilities are to teach my classes well, and to ensure that other calculus courses at Brown are also taught well. As a Course Head for multiple calculus courses, my duties include designing syllabi and weekly schedules, overseeing the construction and grading of homework assignments and exams, preparing graduate students and postdocs to teach, and handling student conflicts, concerns, and complaints.
